肩が痛くて上げられない！
ピンポイントの鋭い痛み。中年以降の多く発症する「肩関節周囲炎」。
9年前車をバックしようと、左腕を助手席に回し体を左後ろにねじったその時、「痛い！」あまりの痛さにしばらく動けなくなった私でした。
そしてアメリカテキサスカイロプラクティック大学での研修へと行きました。
